Cameroonian gospel artist, *AkuBai* has been nominated for the *Gospel Touch Music Awards 2020* to be held in London later this year. This is the first ever nomination for a Cameroonian and comes just 3 months after the release of AkuBai’s debut single “Yahweh”.

Gospel Touch Music Awards is organized by Gospel Touch, a UK-based organization that celebrates the achievement of Gospel artists. It is a way to celebrate and appreciate the talent of Gospel artists all over the world. The purpose is to use the positive message of gospel to influence our generation as well as promote gospel music in the mainstream communities.

A total of 104 artists have been nominated amongst 13 categories. Previous winners include Mercy Chinwo, Travis Greene, Tim Godfrey, Prosper Ochinama, Gratitude COZA amongst others.

The award ceremony is strictly by invitation and invited personalities include the nominees, presenters among others.

Voting is ongoing and will be closing on Sunday, October 11, 2020.
