Police in Lusaka have charged local photographer Chella Tukuta, with four counts of libel contrary to Section 191 and 192 of the penal code.

Zambia Police Acting Spokesperson Danny Mwale in a statement said Tukuta remains in custody and will appear in court soon.

Chellah, before his arrest he was allegedly posting defamatory videos on social media which led to his arrest yesterday.
