Former presidential assistant for press and public relations Dickson Jere, says he wants to serve the people of Matero because he has a heart for them.

Speaking after featuring on the Vibe with Leon Mr Jere disclosed that people of Matero should judge him based on the works he has been doing even before he announced that he wants to stand as area member of parliament.

Mr Jere was the press aide to former president Rupiah Banda and has served as a diplomat and other key positions in government.
