Kwacha Music Award-winning musician of the Kakwama fame, King Illest has disclosed how he wishes he was as humble as celebrated multiple award-winning artist, Chef 187.

In an interview on Radio Phoenix with Chimweka and the Duchess that Zed Gossip monitored, The King of the south stated that Chef 187 is one of Zambia’s most humble celebrities who conducts himself like an ordinary person, but his fans treat him like a superstar.

The rapper went on to say he wishes he had that ability. During the same interview, King Illest also described Slapdee’s song with Patoranking ‘Lituation’ as a quality collaboration between a Zambian and foreign musician. Meanwhile, the rapper says that he does not feel left out by the Zambian record labels (Kalandanya Music Promotions and Nexus Music) signing the country’s biggest artists.

He says the labels are doing a lot in promoting Zambian music and he is willing to work with whoever approaches him first with a good deal.
