Suspended Lusaka mayor Miles Sampa has shocked many social media enthusiasts when he decided to carry 50kgs bags of mealie meal to deliver to the vulnerable.

Recently the mayor wrote a letter to the attorney general to interpret to him why some of his duties were drwan including personal and utility vehicles. Today he has been seen carrying bags of mealie meal as he walks to Kalingalinga to deliver to the vulnerable.
