Lusaka province minister Bowman Lusambo, has instructed management at National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) to close down the students bar.

Mr. Lusambo, in his Facebook post seen by ZED GOSSIP, says the bar is close to hostels hence the need to shut it down.

He added that it is imperative that facilities such as the recreational Centrers are not placed in locations that negatively affect students stay in campus.

“I also instructed management to close down the Students Bar because of its close proximity to the hostels. As much as it is important for students to relax, it is imperative that facilities such as Recreational Centres are not placed in locations that negatively affect student’s stay in campus “ part of his post read on facebook.
