Musician Kayombo eyes Lusaka central seat

Dancehall artist Kayombo, son to former Zambian vice president Enoch Kavindele, says he plans to contest for the Lusaka Central parliamentary seat during the next general elections.

Kayombo, disclosed that he was amused by 2000 people who recently went to arouse him at his house and asked if he can contest a parliamentary seat.

He had posted on social media monitored by ZED GOSSIP, asking if he can go ahead and make the wish for his fans to come true but could not state the party to contest on.

Those who know him say he is a PF member and did a song with JK titled Dununa Reverse which helped the ruling party to reign supreme.
