Multi Award winning artist Roberto, has disclosed that his music video “Beautiful” was once rejected on Trace Africa before it was later nominated and topped the chart.

Speaking when he featured on Friday edition of Smooth Talk hosted by Smooth IK and monitored by ZED GOSSIP, Roberto said he had to make a lot of changes to his video when he was told to let people request for his video if it was to be aired on Trace Africa. Surprisingly, it got overwhelming requests and got aired and topped the charts for weeks.

He has urged upcoming artists in the country not to despair but focus on aiming on what they want to archive in the music industry.
