Rock FM has bowed to pressure to drop South African music act Kiernan Forbes best known as AKA from performing at this years Rocktober 19.

Rock FM issued a press statement seen by ZED GOSSIP, that the South African hip hop act will not be allowed to perform following the outbreak of xenophobic attacks in that country. Recently social media was on fire calling on Rock FM management not to allow AKA in Zambia or face massive disruption.

Part of the statement read that a number of local artists have been lined up to grace the show.
