Legendary Disc Jockey and journalist Herbert Mutabi popularly known as DJ Dazzle has finally been appointed to work in Foreign Service.

With a deejaying and journalism career spanning over 20 years at ZNBC, Mutabi joins the Zambian High Commission in Australia as First Secretary for Press.

Tagging along is Theresa Shindende who has been appointed as First Secretary Education.

We wish the duo all the best in their new portfolios.
